FPC Centralises Operations with Finance and Events Management System

The Challenge

The Fresh Produce Consortium (FPC) is the UK’s leading trade association for the fresh produce industry, providing support, events services to its members. To enhance their event management and streamline administrative processes, FPC needed a custom CRM system that could efficiently handle memberships, finance and event bookings while providing a seamless experience for both users and staff.

The Solution

To tackle these challenges, FPC teamed up with PSP to implement a bespoke finance and events management system using the custom CRM VISION platform. This system was fully integrated with FPC’s website, allowing for seamless automation of data capture, award applications, event registrations and membership renewals. By linking everything directly to their internal CRM, the need for manual input was significantly reduced, ensuring better accuracy and efficiency.

The new system centralised all of FPC’s financial and operational activities, making it easy to manage invoices, payments and memberships in one place.
