The Challenge

Eminox, a global manufacturer of advanced exhaust systems, required a bespoke sales management and forecasting application that would streamline and enhance their sales operations. The custom CRM system needed to be tailored to their specific needs to provide accurate forecasting, monitor sales performance and help the company manage its global sales more effectively. 

The Solution

PSP worked closely with Eminox to develop VISION, a custom CRM system that is both a Windows application and web based. This bespoke solution provided a centralised platform for managing customer data, tracking sales opportunities and creating tailored reports. The system integrated seamlessly with Eminox’s existing infrastructure, allowing the team to adopt it with minimal disruption.

The Outcome

VISION transformed Eminox’s sales management by streamlining processes and providing better visibility into critical data.
