The Challenge
BACA Workwear required an automated system capable of displaying departmental targets and results in real time. The goal was to provide immediate visibility into performance across various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for different departments. The Solution
We developed a bespoke Vision Performance Application tailored to BACA Workwear's needs. This application allowed departmental targets to be set easily, while results were automatically collected and displayed. The system was designed to provide a clear, real-time view of performance metrics and trends.
The Outcome
The implemented VISION Performance Application enabled real-time monitoring of departmental performance against set targets. The application was fully customisable at the departmental level and featured an automated workflow system. This workflow alerted managers whenever targets were at risk of being missed, ensuring timely intervention and continuous performance improvement.
